There you are dressed your best and being interviewed for the job of your dreams and the dreaded question gets asked, 'Describe yourself for me.' This question is almost always asked by perspective employers and almost always answered with a resounding uuuuuh… Knowing how to describe yourself in an interview can mean the difference of landing your dream job or going back to the want adds.
It helps if you come to grips with the fact that this question will be asked and you prepare for it ahead of time, but be careful that you don't some off sounding like you memorized a script the night before. When getting ready to describe yourself in an interview you should consider the following:

It is widely known that the medical profession is one of the most stressful ones in existence. Long hours, having to see more patients in less time and increasing pressure from insurance and pharmaceutical companies are some of the factors that lead to physician stress. Doctors and other medical professionals must strive to maintained balanced lives and find creative ways to reduce their stress levels. Some of these strategies include participating in sports or other recreational activities, traveling, or enjoying hobbies. With mounting workplace demands, however, it can even become difficult for physicians to find time to enjoy the activities that help them relax. Some medical professionals are turning to locum tenens positions to help combat stress by allowing them to enjoy more free time, less pressure and more control over their lives.
