The problem that most American fathers have to face is that their jobs don't pay as much as they need. Now, they know that the solution to this is a promotion or a raise or to switch to a new high-paying job. However, that isn't easy when you don't have proper educational qualification on your resume. President Obama understands all this and in trying to help his fellow American fathers he has come up with his new Scholarship for Father Program.
